Walkthroughs
Walkthroughs are popup windows in the Workday UI that:
Support additional media types such as links, images and video.
Display instructional information that guides users on how to complete a task in Workday.
Are similar to quicktips but display automatically (instead of by users clicking a question mark icon beside a field) in Workday.
Walkthroughs can include these UI elements:
Title text
Body text
Link text
Video and images

Title Text
Use title case.
Be clear and concise.
Summarize why users need to consider the relevant field/UI element.
- This can be framed as a question, but doesn't necessarily always need to be a question.

Use sentence case.
Include periods at the end of complete sentences.
Describe what users need to do with the relevant field/UI element.

These should be provided by the PM and/or dev team. Writers aren’t responsible for creating these.
